Original fuse box Consumer unit
Rewireable fuses and no residual current protection, replaced with a metal-clad board carrying an RCBO on every circuit and Type 2 surge protection.
Single pendant Lighting scheme
One ceiling rose replaced with four separately dimmed layers — ambient, task, accent and decorative — on a keypad with five scenes.
Legacy cabling Wiring
Rubber-insulated conductors and unenclosed joints removed entirely, replaced with new PVC circuits terminated in accessible, labelled enclosures.
Documentation
Every project ends with a folder, not a handshake
Test results, certificates, circuit schedules, as-built drawings and product data sheets, issued digitally at handover. It is the least interesting part of the job and the part clients thank us for years later.
